Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Cookies

Have to share these super amaaaaaazing cookies that I made last week. The special ingredient is pink himalayan sea salt which is my newest obsession and I try to add it to just about anything I make. Sprinkle a little on each ball of cookie dough before baking. YUM. Some benefits of himalayan salt: lowers blood pressure, balances pH, strengthens bones, helps regulate metabolism. So I figure add it to whatever you make.

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 1/4 unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups browns ugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1. Mix butter, brown sugar, & white sugar together
2. Add eggs & vanilla to mixture
3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda
4. Roll dough into balls and sprinkle imalayan sea salt on each ball of dough
5. Bake at 350 for about 9 minutes
