Cleansing Time

You guys my juicer came! I love it! I will admit that the first thing I juiced was four grapefruits to mix with my tequila on Friday night...However, I am so pumped to start juicing for real! Starting today I am doing a slight variation of the Shape 7 Day Cleanse. That variation being I am narrowing it down to 4 three days instead of 7. Ha. We'll get to 7 days at some point before summer starts. The cleanse goes as follows:

Breakfast: Juice 1 apple, 1 bunch of kale, 1/2 lemon, 2 celery stalks
Lunch: Juice 3 celery stalks, 1 large cucumber, 2 small beets, 1 tbsp ginger, 1/2 apple, 1 cup of coconut water
Dinner: Eat whole, healthy foods including: eggs, chicken, turkey, nonfat Greek yogurt, salmon, broccoli, spinach, carrots, bananas, pineapple, grapes, oatmeal, whole grains, quinoa

No snacks. No sweets. No alcohol.

Seems really easy when I type it out but I do love me some snacks and chocolate. And wine. So this will probably end up being a tricky 3 days for me. I'll let you know how I feel at the end of my cleanse on Friday!
