Lunching: Detox Continues

So I didn't go to the grocery store yesterday. Err, well I did but only to buy gourmet cheeses, pita bread, fancy crackers, and Chianti. It's award season so what else are you going to eat/drink while you watch the Golden Globes? Btw - what a fashion let down that show was!?

So, now that I had a nice binge of a Sunday (ate Velveeta mac & cheese too, whatever) it's back to weekday cleansing with salads. Pulled together some recent salad pins of mine that seem super easy to make and are equally as healthy. Please tell me any other lunch detox recommendations you have! I need them.

  1. These look really good! Last night I made homemade "chipotle" inspired burrito bowls but used grilled tilapia instead of chicken and they were amazing. Rice, corn, black beans, avocado, fresh salsa, and a hint of sour cream. They were super filling and delicious. Not sure if you could re-create that for lunch but it's an easy dinner!

    1. That sounds amazing! I'd substitute for chicken (not a fish fan) though but I will def try that out!
