Practice: Drinking Lemon Water

So beginning this morning I'm starting the habit of drinking warm water with lemon while I get ready for work. I've read so much about this practice and the benefits it has on your health. According to my sources, drinking warm lemon water boosts your immune system, aids digestion, helps with weight loss (hi summer is approaching...), and clears your skin! I'll keep you posted on how this works for me.
